Questions, answered
Can I embed the configurator on my own website?
Yes. Every published configurator gives you an embed snippet that works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or any custom site — no plugin required.
What 3D file formats can I upload?
Upload GLB directly, or FBX and OBJ from Starter up — Vysora converts and optimises them automatically. You set the real-world unit (m / cm / mm / inch) at import.
What’s the difference between Studio, Showroom and Atelier?
Studio composes many products in a scene (furniture, interiors). Showroom and Atelier each present a single hero product — Showroom for large goods with explode and AR, Atelier for small goods with macro detail and engraving.
When will Showroom and Atelier launch?
Both are in active development on the same Vysora engine. Join the waitlist and we’ll invite you to early access — waitlist members get launch pricing.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your account and your limits update immediately.
Refunds & cancellation
How to cancel, when we refund, and what happens to your configurators.
Cancelling your plan
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account, under Membership Billing. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no phone call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date, and nothing is charged afterwards. When the plan ends, your published configurators go offline and their links and embeds stop working. If those links are live on your own website or shared with clients, plan the handover before your last paid day.
Free plan
Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. Stop using it whenever you like, or email us and we will delete the account and its content.
Changing plan
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. If your new plan has lower limits, content above those limits may be unpublished, so check before the renewal date.
Refunds
Subscription fees are not refunded for the unused part of a billing period, because you keep full access for the whole period you paid for. There are three exceptions:
- Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal — see below.
- If we materially reduce the core functionality of your plan, or end your subscription for our own convenience, we refund the unused part pro rata.
- Billing errors. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we refund it in full.
